I have had the pleasure of Sandy in my life as a dear friend of mine only for the past 5/6 years. In that time we have laughed (lots), sang Westlife songs together and cried together at times to. She was an amazing lady who will be missed by many. She loved her friends and family dearly. She was always there for everyone.
For anyone who didn’t have the pleasure of Sandy in their lives I would describe her as the most loving and caring and thoughtful person. She was beautiful inside and out. She was so brave and suffered with her health a lot but faced everything that was thrown at her head on. She was just a true inspiration and a fighter.
I’m very lucky to have called her my friend. So much love ❤️

As I was growing up, I remember my brother in law’s sister to be kind.
She carried herself with dignity whilst dealing with her illnesses, pain and the numerous operations over the years.
Sandra was a true fighter.
May she rest in peace with her dad and my sister in heaven.

I remember Sandy in the days of Mums and Tots when Michael was just a wee bit of a lad. She was patient, kind and funny and a good friend. I remember her commitment to God and how she trusted Him, held on to Him when she was perplexed and just couldn't see what she needed to do. Sandy was a blessing. Remembering her with love, Gail Burns
